COMPLET BLOCARE TRECE AUTO MVB 3XL

MIFRAM MVB3XL is a modular anti-vehicle barrier designed for perimeter protection and preventing hostile vehicles from entering secure areas. The system is intended for targets where protection against forced entry by vehicles is required, such as military and government targets, critical infrastructure, airports, embassies, industrial areas or other perimeters with controlled access.

The tested configuration consists of 5 interconnected modular elements, with total dimensions of 3622 × 1072 mm and a height of 1079 mm.

One of the main advantages of the MVB3XL is the performance demonstrated by full-scale impact tests, the product having certifications for tests carried out at 48 km/h and 64 km/h.

Impact Certification – 48 km/h

The MVB3XL was subjected to a heavy vehicle impact test at a nominal speed of 48 km/h, to evaluate the system’s ability to stop a vehicle from entering the protected area.

In the higher level test configuration, the MVB3XL was evaluated according to international standards:

ISO IWA 14-1:2013 – level N3C

BSI PAS 68:2013 – level N3

ASTM F2656-18a – level C740

The test used a Mercedes Atego truck with a test mass of 7,350 kg. The vehicle struck the front barrier at a 90° angle, at an effective speed of 65.1 km/h. Following the impact, the MVB3XL brought the vehicle to a complete stop, which remained locked after impact.
