WENDY BALLISTIC TACTICAL HELMET - BLACK

The Wendy ballistic helmet was specially designed to provide maximum safety in tactical and operational environments.

Made from lightweight and durable materials, it offers high-level ballistic protection, increased comfort, and compatibility with various accessories (NVG, communications, side rails).

Ideal for law enforcement, military personnel, or intense outdoor activities.

Protection level: NATO standard NIJ 0106.01 IIIA, resistant up to .44 Magnum caliber.

Materials used: the helmet is made of PE material.

SPECIFICATIONS:

1) It has an anatomical shape, increased height, and protects the entire skull area.

2) The helmet is equipped with a synthetic strap system, adjustable with the help of four technopolymer buckles, two at the front (temple area) and two at the back (near the nape). In the chin area, the straps have an inner suede leather padding for better grip and increased comfort. These straps are anchored at four points on the helmet with the help of metal rivets inserted on the inside of the helmet shell.

3) In addition to these 4 adjustable anchoring points, the helmet is also equipped with a unique BOA system. This system is fitted with a wheel (positioned at the nape) made of high-resistance plastic against mechanical stress, which can tighten or loosen two thin cables anchored at the front temple area. To tighten the helmet around the skull cap, the wheel must be turned clockwise, and to loosen/release it, the wheel must be pulled outward. This ensures a fast, safe, and comfortable adjustment depending on head circumference, providing firm stability and even weight distribution.

4) The interior features an adjustable padding system consisting of 9 removable memory pads that provide high comfort, customizable fit in height and circumference depending on head size, evenly distributing the weight of the helmet, thus maintaining stability and balance on the operator’s skull cap.

5) The system is designed to ensure full compatibility with auxiliary hearing and respiratory protection equipment. The Wendy ballistic helmet allows the use of active headsets such as Earmor, Peltor Comtac, Sordin, Otto, etc., with or without communications, as well as integration with gas masks such as DPI Sekur or MIRA Safety, without compromising sealing, mobility, field of view, or user comfort.

OTHER FEATURES:

- The helmet is provided with a label for product and manufacturer identification, located on the interior.

- Made from PE (ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene), the helmet offers effective ballistic protection and is resistant to fire, aggressive chemicals, and petroleum products, ensuring performance and durability in demanding operational conditions.

- The helmet is packed in a black protective cover that facilitates handling and transport.

- The front part of the helmet is fitted with a dedicated NVG (Night Vision Goggles) mount, compatible with standard supports, allowing rapid and secure attachment of optical devices without affecting stability or balance.

- The upper part of the helmet is covered with a shell that includes 5 Velcro panels for attaching patches, IR markers, lighting and signaling systems, or unit identifiers.

- The helmet has a universal size due to the BOA quick adjustment system. 

- Weight: 1487 g (total weight with protective cover and internal padding).
