The reinforced nozzle is made from injection-molded polymer with fiberglass reinforcement, providing excellent impact resistance and far longer service life.

The CNC-machined 6061 aluminum valve offers quick NPAS tuning and gas-efficient operation thanks to its strength and precise construction.

The set includes a softer bronze nozzle spring designed specifically for Green Gas, ensuring smoother cycling and more stable performance.

We also recommend using the included Superalloy nozzle pivot pin, which has a much higher hardness (68 HRC) compared to the original (28–32 HRC).
