The 5KU MK3 Monolithic Handguard Set is a premium CNC-machined aluminum conversion kit designed to modernize CYMA AKM and AK105 AEG replicas.
Inspired by the Sureshot Armament MK3 Russian Slim Chassis system, it transforms the traditional AK front end into a modern monolithic platform, offering improved ergonomics, enhanced rigidity, and significantly expanded accessory mounting capabilities.
The handguard features a full-length 1913 Picatinny top rail that aligns with the included railed dust cover, creating a continuous mounting surface for optics, magnifiers, night vision devices, and aiming accessories.
The M-LOK interface on the sides and bottom allows the direct installation of tactical grips, weapon lights, lasers, bipods, and other compatible accessories without adding unnecessary weight or bulk.
Manufactured from high-strength CNC aluminum, the MK3 handguard provides excellent rigidity while maintaining a relatively lightweight construction.
The set also includes an aluminum gas tube section and a railed dust cover, completing the monolithic chassis configuration and giving the rifle a modern, professional appearance.
Depending on manufacturing tolerances, minor fitting may be required during installation, which is common with AK platform upgrade parts.
